General Manager
The General Manager is responsible for all operational and financial aspects of the restaurant, including oversight of staffing, equipment, product control, guest service, and general upkeep. Business will be conducted through open communications with guests, auditing, and coaching team members.
Responsibilities
Supervise preparation, cooking, and serving of food with utmost concern for food quality.
Create weekly schedule and organize crew to properly handle business for different shifts.
Order inventory and supplies, check deliveries for accuracy, and process invoices for payment.
Properly complete weekly team member payroll data.
Ensure delivery of the highest levels of guest service and resolve all guest complaints.
Oversee store safety and implement proper sanitation practices.
Ensure proper cash handling and reporting of all monies to the corporate office.
Provide on-the-floor supervision to oversee line production and guest service.
Provide training, coaching, motivation, and evaluation; hire and terminate team members as necessary.
Make a positive contribution to the profits of the company.
Oversee the completion and accuracy of all store reporting.
Develop store leadership to prepare them for career progression.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma required; some college preferred.
Management experience required; management level experience in food service industry preferred.
Experience with Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Must be able to work weekdays, weekends, nights, and holidays as required.

Ability to communicate professionally with guests, team members, and vendors.
