Vice President of E-Commerce (Third-Party Retail) We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of E-Commerce (Third-Party Retail) to drive growth and lead our strategy across key retail marketplaces, including Amazon, Wayfair, and Target. This role is ideal for a proven e-commerce executive who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and has a track record of scaling revenue through third-party platforms.

As VP of E-Commerce, you will oversee marketplace operations, drive sales performance, and optimize customer experience. This is both a strategic and hands‑on role—requiring a leader who can balance big‑picture vision with tactical execution while inspiring and guiding a high‑performing team.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive third‑party retail strategy across Amazon, Wayfair, Target, and other major marketplaces.

Own P&L for the e‑commerce retail business; drive revenue, profitability, and sustainable growth.

Build and lead a high‑performing team, aligning operations, merchandising, digital marketing, and customer experience.

Partner cross‑functionally with supply chain, finance, and brand teams to ensure seamless execution of marketplace initiatives.

Optimize product listings, pricing, promotions, and digital shelf performance to maximize visibility, conversion, and sales.

Leverage data and analytics to inform strategy, monitor KPIs, and identify new growth opportunities.

Stay ahead of marketplace trends, algorithm updates, and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.

Foster strong relationships with retail partners and negotiate effectively to secure favorable terms and new opportunities.

Qualifications

12+ years of progressive e‑commerce and digital retail experience, with deep expertise in third‑party marketplace leadership.

Proven success scaling sales across Amazon, Wayfair, Target, and other major retail platforms.

Strong business acumen with demonstrated P&L ownership and management experience.

Deep understanding of digital merchandising, performance marketing, and e‑commerce operations.

Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of building, mentoring, and leading high‑performing teams.

Analytical, data‑driven decision maker with experience using KPIs, dashboards, and performance optimization tools.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills.

Must be willing and able to work onsite 5 days per week (flexible hours available for commute or family schedules).

Competitive base salary: $175,000 – $275,000 (targeting $225,000 – $325,000 depending on experience).

Performance‑based bonus opportunity.
