Position Summary The Department of Urology at Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians & Surgeons is seeking a new or mid-career physician as Assistant Clinical Urologist. This position will involve working at a new, large multi-specialty medical practice in Westchester White Plains, adjacent to New York City.
In this role, you will participate in providing the highest level of care to patients seeking general urology care.
Responsibilities Clinical responsibilities include:
Deliver exceptional, specialized patient care with consistently excellent outcomes.
Mentor junior colleagues, supporting their professional development and growth.
Contribute to departmental initiatives, including quality improvement and patient safety efforts.
Engage in continuing medical education (CME) and maintain relevant advanced certifications.
Serve as a trusted resource for complex cases and high-acuity patients.
Achieve and uphold high patient satisfaction scores.
Meet or surpass productivity targets.
Minimum Qualifications
Doctor in Medicine (M.D.) or equivalent
Board-certified in Urology or board eligible
New York State Medical License
0-5 Years Post Graduate Training
