This posting is for current Residents or Fellows completing their training in 2025 or 2026 who are interested in any of our offices in the San Francisco / Bay Area.
Position Summary As a full‑time family/ internal medicine/pediatrics physician, you will manage a patient panel, conduct acute, chronic and well visits, perform procedures, supervise NP or PA colleagues, and collaborate with in‑office and virtual teams. Your work will be supported by technology custom‑built for physicians and a culture of ongoing learning.

What You’ll Be Working On
Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
Treating patients in‑office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele‑health visits
Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
Ongoing collaboration with in‑office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in‑office procedures
Supervising one or more NP or PA colleagues
Education, Licenses, and Experience Required
Currently enrolled in, or completed within the last year, an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics residency program
Must presently be a Board‑Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Resident, or have completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Residency Program within the last calendar year and be scheduled to take the next available Board Exam
State licensed in California, obtained before your One Medical start date

Compensation The base salary for this role is $308,700 per year based on a full‑time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on practice experience and patient care schedule. Additional pay may be determined for candidates that exceed the specified qualifications and requirements. The total compensation package may also include an annual performance bonus, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
