What You’ll Do
Lead, develop, and motivate a large team Oversee full operations, including hiring, scheduling, inventory, and team culture Manage labor and food costs with a strong understanding of P&L and key performance metrics Accurately forecast and prepare for both walk-in and pre-order volume, especially during seasonal peaks Ensure consistent execution of high-quality products and guest service
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of leadership experience in high-volume quick-service, fast-casual, or food-focused retail Excellent communication, organization, and people-development skills A community-minded leader who leads with positivity and purpose
