Qualifications
You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement. Specialized Experience:
For the
GS-14
grade level, you must have one year (52 full weeks) of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the
GS-13
grade level in the Federal service. Specialized Experience for this position includes: Leading projects responsible for preserving affordable multifamily housing; Interpreting or advising on policies and regulations relating to multi-family mortgage finance programs, either in the loan origination and project development process or by writing policies or procedures for housing/mortgage projects or programs; Managing the multifamily underwriting and credit approval process by coordinating due diligence for lending opportunities, including market analysis, financial analysis, and valuation; Serving in a senior staff position or demonstrating leadership in underwriting of multifamily mortgage loans. Experience may be gained in the public, private, or volunteer sectors. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is prorated.
