Business Development for Growing Home Health & Hospice Agency
Preceptor Home Health & Hospice is growing! We want to continue to grow and are currently looking to add to our Business Development Team.
We are a home health, hospice, and palliative agency providing services in patient homes in 15 counties throughout Wisconsin. Patient homes include private residences, assisted living facilities, memory care units, and resident care apartment complexes. Preceptor strives to provide high quality care through our multifaceted programs including home health, hospice, and palliative care. We have branch offices located in Germantown, Fond du Lac, Waukesha, Sheboygan and Appleton.
Position:
Health Care Business Development / Client Care Professional
This role is full time (40 hours per week, Monday through Friday) and focuses on the Milwaukee County territory. The primary responsibilities include building a census and diversifying our client base with skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, hospitals, outpatient clinics, doctors, and assisted living facilities.
Key Qualifications
Excellent communication skills with clients, families, doctors, facility staff, and coworkers.
An outgoing personality and positive attitude with exceptional interpersonal and decision‑making skills.
Strong customer service focus demonstrated in daily interactions.
Ability to work independently and set and meet monthly goals.
Good organization and time‑management skills.
Dependable, flexible and adaptable to the unexpected.
Commitment to grow territory and recognize the value of individual contribution to team productivity.
