Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager III to join our team in Austin, Texas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing complex programs, ensuring successful delivery, and aligning with organizational goals. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and oversee programs to ensure successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define program objectives and deliverables.

Monitor program progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks as needed.

Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Prepare and present program updates and reports to stakeholders and leadership.

Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards throughout the program lifecycle.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Program Manager, preferably in a similar industry.

Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.

Proficiency in program management tools and methodologies.

Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and make informed decisions.

Payment Pay Range: $65- $70

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
