Lead Project Manager
to lead large-scale,
data center projects
in Dallas, Texas.
With over 80+ sites across the US, this is a great opportunity for a technically strong and highly organized
data center
project leader to oversee the full lifecycle of data center delivery on a hyperscale campus with an
industry leader .
Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple concurrent data center construction projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to design standards.
Oversee RFP development, cost forecasting, change management, and reporting using platforms such as Procore, MS Project, and Excel.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, contractors, and consultants to maintain seamless project execution and stakeholder alignment.
Lead value-engineering initiatives to drive schedule and cost efficiency across major greenfield and phased expansion projects.
Partner with internal and external teams to ensure successful commissioning and turnover to operations.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience managing
data center construction
projects as an owner, owner’s representative, or general contractor.
Strong understanding of building systems, MEP design, and power infrastructure.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in project management and construction software including Procore, MS Project, and AutoCAD.
