Forward Warehouse Specialist – SwiftX
Your role at SwiftX is to manage on-site operations for pickup, return, and exception parcels at front warehouses, ensuring efficient, safe, and compliant processes.
Responsibilities
Handle on-site operations for pickup, return, and exception parcels at front warehouses.
Coordinate return logistics capacity and arrange shipments back to the LADC (Local Area Distribution Center).
Assist the supervisor with daily reports and issue tracking.
Ensure that all warehouse operations are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards.
Requirements
High school diploma or above; associate or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
1–3 years of experience in warehouse, delivery, or logistics operations.
Familiar with parcel handling, return processes, and exception management.
Strong coordination and communication skills, able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented and safety-conscious, with a proactive attitude toward problem solving.
Basic proficiency in Excel or other reporting tools preferred.
