Program Manager – Youth Homeless Services
Community Care is seeking a Program Manager (PM) to provide administrative oversight and direct supervision to staff within our Youth Homeless Services Program. The PM will also provide case‑management services to youth as needed.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative oversight and direct supervision to personnel working directly with youth.
Ensure effective provision and management of services for the youth population.
Deliver case‑management services to youth when required.
Maintain documentation and compliance related to background checks and program regulations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field.
Minimum 12 months of experience working with children/families.
Minimum one year of supervisory experience.
At least 21 years of age.
Ability to pass background checks, including DMV, CPS, APS, and criminal checks.
