Clinical Research Coordinator II (Bilingual Spanish-English)

Our interdisciplinary teams drive groundbreaking medical discoveries, and we invite you to join Mass General Brigham as a Clinical Research Coordinator II in the Neurology Department’s McCance Center for Brain Health. The McCance Center focuses on clinical trials for Alzheimer’s Disease therapies, including natural, drug, and lifestyle interventions. This role will coordinate the day‑to‑day activities of enrolling and following up on patients in these studies, using both English and Spanish to communicate with participants, care partners, and study staff. Job Details: Full‑time, 40 hours per week Onsite position (Assembly Row, Somerville, MA) with occasional travel to Charlestown Navy Yard and other MGB sites Regular employment, Day shift (United States of America) Pay: $23.80 – $34.81 per hour Summary
Following established policies, procedures, and study protocols, the Coordinator assists with recruiting, evaluating, and consenting patients; collects and organizes patient data; schedules study visits; performs clinical tests such as phlebotomy and EKGs; maintains regulatory binders and study databases; and supports data analysis, QA/QC, and reporting. Essential Functions
Assist with determining the suitability of study subjects and act as a resource for patients and families. Provide input into recruitment strategies and protocol recommendations. Administer study questionnaires and evaluate their scores. Maintain research data, patient files, regulatory binders, and study databases. Perform data analysis and QA/QC checks; organize and interpret data. Assist with preparation for annual reviews and help PIs complete study reports and presentations. Assist with training and orientation of new staff members. Qualifications
Education Bachelor's Degree in a science field required. Experience in lieu of education is acceptable. Experience 1–2 years of related post‑bachelor’s research experience required. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Work independently and as part of a team. Computer literacy and analytical skills; resolve technical problems. Interpret data results and assess their acceptability.
