We’re looking for a full-time Client Coordinator to join our team in Charlotte, NC!
Responsibilities
Work in the front office to check patients in and out, provide product and service information, take payments, and schedule future appointments.
Facilitate all aspects of the Skin Pharm experience for our patients, both existing and new.
Answer phones, perform a variety of administrative tasks, and ensure the front room is clean and welcoming.
Re‑organize products as patients shop and place furniture back in its original place.
About You
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; interact daily with patients.
Proficient in office software, including electronic patient records and payment systems.
Ability to take direction and work independently.
Organizational and multitasking skills are essential.
Training will be provided to enhance existing skills and knowledge.
A passion for the aesthetic industry is a must; product and service knowledge is key to success.
Ability to answer questions, educate patients, and make recommendations on the phone, in‑office, and via email.
