SGP Recruiting . We are recruiting for a Customer Technical Support Specialist (Help Desk) to provide Tier I/II support using tools such as BMC Remedy and ServiceNow. Responsibilities include troubleshooting user issues, tracking incidents, resolving trouble tickets, and escalating complex issues as necessary.

Work Location On-site; not remote: Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), Dahlgren, VA

Requirements

Two years of professional experience in industry, federal or DoD help desk support using a help desk tool such as BMC’s Remedy and ServiceNow.

Active Secret clearance.

Certification: IAT II level with a T3 investigation.

Must sign a Letter of Intent.
