Job Description & Requirements This McDonald’s is owned and operated by the Freihage Organization. As a Shift Manager, you will be expected to successfully operate the restaurant and achieve its goals. These goals include developing and maintaining a team, meeting sales and guest count targets, managing labor and food costs, and ensuring proper training is completed. In order to be hired as a manager, you must have prior management experience. If you have no prior experience and want to become a manager, we are willing to hire you as a crew person and teach you what you need to know to become a manager.
Our organization has been operating McDonald’s restaurants for over 60 years, spanning four generations. We have eight locations in the Southwest Suburbs of Chicago, providing a great opportunity for advancement into upper management or a supervisory role.
