Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) and other government/industry customers to drive strategic growth.

Leverage established Huntsville‑area customer relationships to advance business opportunities aligned with our space solutions.

Engage in industry day events, local activities, and customer visits.

Identify high‑value market, government budgets, and customer opportunities through market and competitive analysis.

Provide recommendations and present business development opportunities to pursue.

Provide regular updates to guide team strategy and manage the sales pipeline.

Collaborate with functional leadership (e.g., CTO, LT, Contracts) to align offerings with MDA customer needs.

Develop innovative capture strategies to secure new business; provide the team with win themes for proposals and white papers.

Willing to travel as needed to visit customers on a regular basis.

Location options: Denver, CO; Colorado Springs, CO; or Huntsville, AL.

Qualifications

Established network of customer relationships in Huntsville, particularly with the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) or related government entities.

Excellent business / strategic acumen and instinct.

Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and workloads.

Excellent presentation and customer‑facing skills.
