Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek)
Cintas
is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. This is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position where you deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.
Key Benefits
Comprehensive 10‑week training program with a starting hourly rate of $24.00 until assigned a route

Majority of work on a 4‑day workweek, no nights or weekends
Monthly/quarterly performance bonuses and incentives
Key Responsibilities
You are the face of Cintas to our customers and work to build rapport with key decision makers
Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns
Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services
Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely
Comply with driving and vehicle regulations
Skills & Qualifications
Active driver’s license
At least 21 years of age
DOT medical certification and compliance with all DOT regulations for operating vehicles weighing over 10,000 lbs.
Documentation of previous employment
Physical ability to meet job requirements
High School diploma, GED or equivalent military service
Strong customer‑service orientation, self‑motivation, teamwork, positive attitude, ambition, organization and service spirit
