What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Organize, plan, and schedule project meetings, workshops, and client visits
Document meeting notes, capturing key discussions, decisions, and action items
Assist in developing and distributing project status reports and other deliverables
Maintain and track project action items, issues, risks, and documentation
Facilitate clear communication with clients, team members, and stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS)
Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a State HHS Agency within a Project Management Office
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) from PMI
Experience in consulting, particularly with government agencies or Medicaid projects
Familiarity with quality assurance/control procedures and proactive problem management skills
