Heavy Equipment Auction Sales Coordinator

Altec’s auction subsidiary, JJ Kane, is looking for an
Auction Sales Coordinator
to work onsite at our Las Vegas yard. This role supports customers, sellers, and internal teams by managing equipment deliveries, creating listings, and ensuring compliance.
Major Responsibilities
Equipment Management: Coordinate and manage all equipment deliveries from consignors and transporters. Drive and operate vehicles safely.
Activation Preparation: Capture high‑quality images, create accurate descriptions, and assist with data acquisition.
Customer Service: Act as primary contact for sellers, buyers, and transporters, resolving issues promptly.
Post‑Sale Support: Assist with pickup after sale and maintain inventory records.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure safety and environmental inspections and processes meet company standards.
Other duties as assigned.
Education, Experience and Skills Required
Bachelor’s degree required; Sales or Business degrees preferred.
Must be available for overnight travel.
Strong problem‑solving and independent time management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a team with minimal supervision.
