Branch Operations Manager – Knoxville, TN (Full‑Time)
Pay: $60,000–$80,000 per year + commission based on experience.

Position Summary:
The Branch Operations Manager will oversee all work performed in the branch, supervise all areas of operation, foster a positive environment, ensure customer satisfaction and proper branch operation, and implement strategies to increase productivity and achieve sales goals while complying with federal, state, and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership for all team members of the facility.
Business operations and daily activity management.
Visit potential customers to gain accounts.
Contact potential businesses and create proposals for fleet maintenance contractual agreements.
Create and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly reports.
Supervise the facility and manage delegation.
Attributes
Independent thinker who can lead with confidence in a fast‑paced environment.
Sales motivated.
Strong technical aptitude, motivation, and enthusiasm.
Punctual, reliable with strong time management and sense of urgency.
Qualifications
Prior management and leadership experience.
Organizational and multi‑tasking abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
Customer service experience.
Strong understanding of P&L and KPIs.
Preferred
Product / industry knowledge.
Automotive / medium and heavy‑duty fleet experience (preferred but not required).
Proficiency in computer and scheduling systems.
