Seeking an Indoor Environmental Superhero!
Do you like helping people? Are you always happy to help and ready to jump-in when the need arises? Do you have experience coordinating emergent and non-emergent services for homeowner’s and businesses?
QUALIFICATIONS Analytical problem solver who is able to bring solutions to the table and take charge of multiple projects simultaneously.
Great “people” person, with the ability to communicate across all levels of understanding.
Organized in a self-directed environment with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Dedicated to providing unparalleled customer service, including ongoing customer care and follow up.
Innovative thinker who is positive, proactive, and readily embraces change.
Power user of technology - iPad/iPhone/Smart Phone and be comfortable adapting to new technology and job management systems.
Understanding of fire, water mitigation, mold remediation, and reconstruction.
Insurance restoration industry and claims process experience.
Residential and commercial construction knowledge.
Computer software, Excel, Word, Uploading documents and pictures.
Project Manager Experience.
3+ years in a fast-paced customer service-oriented industry
Must have at least High School Diploma or GED.
PREFERRED Xactimate and estimating software experience.
Insurance restoration industry and claims process experience.
Industry certifications and education – IICRC, OSHA, CMA, CMR, CAD, Construction Management.
CRM Software.
Construction or Estimating: 3 years (Preferred).

Base Salary of $60,000-$70,000
