As a CIB Financial Management Associate in Digital & Platform Services, you play a key role in supporting financial discipline and strategic decision-making across our Operations teams. You'll partner with business managers to deliver insightful financial analysis, enhance reporting, and drive process improvements. Your work helps ensure our financial architecture aligns with business objectives and supports ongoing technology and automation initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
Develop annual financial budgets and forecasts aligned with business drivers and investments
Build strong partnerships with Client Onboarding and Documentation (CO&D) and Applied AIML stakeholders as a trusted financial advisor
Collaborate with Operations and Business Management teams to align financial reporting with strategic objectives
Produce high-quality, insightful materials to support key business messages and decisions
Ensure accurate and timely monthly financial reporting, including dashboards and business review support
Deliver consistent and meaningful data and trend analysis to inform business decisions
Enhance financial controls and streamline processes, introducing automation where possible
Track and support ongoing technology enhancements and automation programs
Integrate cross-line of business financial hierarchies and develop cost-to-serve reporting
Maintain strong financial and control processes to support business strategy
Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing deadlines
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
Bachelor's degree required; Finance or Accounting
2 years of financial management experience
Intermediate computer literacy, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Team-oriented, inquisitive, and critical thinker
Highly motivated self-starter with strong time management and prioritization skills
Proven ability to act independently and make sound decisions
Ability to challenge the status quo and effectively push back when appropriate
Strategic and forward-thinking approach to process improvements
Comfortable working under pressure and adapting to changing demands
Strong work ethic and sense of urgency
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
MBA or CPA
Experience supporting technology or automation initiatives
Familiarity with financial controls and operational metrics reporting
Experience in a large, matrixed organization
Exposure to cross-functional or cross-line of business financial integration
Prior experience in Commercial & Investment Banking
Demonstrated ability to deliver process improvements
