Senior Wealth Management Associate - Individual Wealth
Join Cerity Partners in this role as a Senior Wealth Management Associate where you'll build relationships that fuel the firm's expansion. The Associate will cultivate new individual client relationships and support growth initiatives with high net worth and ultra‑high net worth clients.
Primary Responsibilities
Drive engagement with prospective clients sourced internally and externally through defined inbound and outbound activities.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
Manage the prospect pipeline effectively using activity‑based metrics and qualitative engagement.
Track and report key business development metrics such as pipeline progress, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
Required Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; an MBA or CFP® designation is advantageous.
Over five years of experience in business development, sales, and relationship management within financial services or wealth management.
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding growth targets.
Strong knowledge of investment products, financial planning, and the regulatory environment.
Experience with the client conversion process.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self‑motivation and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63 & 65) licenses are required.
Compensation $100,000 - $160,000
