Job Description

  • Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects, from pre-construction to closeout.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Lead and coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and consultants.
  • Review and approve project documentation, including contracts and change orders.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and address project concerns promptly.
  • Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and progress.
