Director of Software Engineering & Data Solutions

with a passion for building modern software and data platforms that drive strategic impact. Essential Duties

What You’ll Do: Strategic & Technical Leadership Define and execute the enterprise strategy for software and data platforms in alignment with business goals. Architect scalable and secure systems using modern technologies like .NET, Python, Azure, and cloud-native patterns (e.g., microservices, API-first, real-time data processing). Champion Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and engineering excellence to accelerate delivery and innovation. Spearhead digital transformation initiatives including cloud migrations, legacy modernization, and automation. Data Engineering & Analytics Innovation Lead the design and implementation of modern data architectures supporting high-volume pipelines, real-time insights, and advanced analytics. Enable AI/ML, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation to enhance decision-making and customer experiences. Establish robust data governance, security, and compliance practices to ensure trust, quality, and accessibility across the enterprise. Leverage tools like Microsoft SQL, PostgreSQL, Tableau, Power BI, R, and Python to drive meaningful business outcomes. Team Leadership & Culture Lead, mentor, and inspire cross-functional teams of software engineers and data engineers. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning that embraces experimentation and excellence. Collaborate with business, architecture, and product leaders to deliver impactful solutions that improve operations and unlock new opportunities. Execution & Partnership Oversee program delivery, vendor partnerships, budgeting, and resource planning to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with enterprise standards. Serve as a key advisor to senior leadership, translating complex technical ideas into clear business value and guiding digital priorities. Who You Are: You’re a

Education & Experience

What You Bring: An advanced level of experience in software engineering and data platforms, with experience leading technical teams. Proven success leading enterprise-scale software and data projects from architecture to delivery. Deep experience with Microsoft technologies including

C#, .NET, SQL Server, Azure , and integration platforms. Strong proficiency in

Python,

Snowflake, data engineering , and

cloud-native solutions . Hands-on experience with complext scripting, AI/ML,

BI tools

(e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and advanced analytics. Expertise in

Agile ,

DevOps , and

CI/CD

practices for streamlined, high-quality software delivery. Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor diverse, cross-functional technical teams while communicating effectively across executive and technical audiences. Strong knowledge of

data governance ,

privacy regulations , and

compliance

in highly regulated industries.

Preferred Skills

Compensation: $175,000 - $210,000. This range is a good faith estimate of the compensation to be offered for this position based on the ideal candidate’s qualifications, the Company’s operational needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
