We are seeking an experienced Middleware Engineer with a strong background in WebLogic, platform migration, and infrastructure upgrades within high-security environments. This role involves supporting and enhancing middleware platforms, implementing secure authentication practices, and ensuring the stability and performance of mission-critical systems in a financial domain. Key Responsibilities: Lead physical-to-virtual (P2V) server migrations and infrastructure upgrades. Manage and maintain WebLogic servers, including configuration, patching, and security hardening. Implement and support SAML-based Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. Deploy and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes. Perform system administration tasks across Oracle, Linux, and UNIX environments. Monitor system security and performance, and troubleshoot hardware, OS, and application-level issues. Provide 24/7 production support for critical applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure application security and compliance in regulated environments. Required Qualifications: Proven experience in infrastructure engineering, system administration, or related fields. Expertise in WebLogic, Oracle, Linux, UNIX, and Shell Scripting. Strong understanding of SAML IAM and secure authentication practices. Experience with platform migration, system upgrades, and performance optimization. Familiarity with financial domain applications and regulatory compliance. Ability to troubleshoot complex issues across hardware, OS, and application layers. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration. Exposure to high-availability and disaster recovery planning.
