About the role Unify is hiring for an Executive Assistant to partner directly with our CEO. You’ll be the connective tissue across priorities, helping keep the company operating with speed and focus. This is a deeply hands‑on, high‑impact role for someone who thrives in fast‑paced environments and loves making complex systems run smoothly. You’ll manage the CEO’s schedule, communications, travel, and strategic projects while helping drive alignment across leadership. The right person is proactive, resourceful, and relentlessly reliable. You can anticipate needs before they’re spoken and handle confidential information with absolute discretion. This role is 3 days per week in person in San Francisco, CA (Tuesday – Thursday). Our office is at 353 Sacramento near the Embarcadero. What You’ll Do Manage and prioritize the CEO’s calendar, inbox, and communications with precision. Draft and edit internal or external communications (emails, memos, decks, investor notes) Coordinate meetings across internal and external stakeholders, from board members to customers Organize travel, offsites, and special events end‑to‑end Partner on company operations projects (executive meetings, OKRs, board prep, fundraising logistics) Anticipate needs and clear bottlenecks so the CEO can focus on high‑leverage work Take ownership of follow‑through on key decisions and ensure accountability across teams Maintain confidential information and handle sensitive information with judgment and professionalism Own special projects that don’t have a clear functional home (e.g., office expansions, recruiting programs, leadership offsites) Serve as a trusted thought partner and culture carrier for the executive team Who you are 3–7 years of EA experience supporting a Founder, CEO, or C‑level executive in a high‑growth and intensity environment (consulting, VC, finance, etc) Strong written communication skills; you can draft crisp, polished messages on behalf of leadership Comfort with ambiguity; you see chaos as an opportunity to bring order.
