What You'll Do: - Daily Operational Support: Serve as the primary contact for daily operational support and assistance, ensuring the smooth functioning of the department. - System Maintenance: Address issues related to terminal operating systems and program data, adjusting configurations to ensure seamless system performance. - User Training: Conduct training sessions for various modules to empower team members in maximizing system efficiency. - Troubleshooting: Assist customers with link support, Evermail email issues, and data inquiries, ensuring prompt resolutions. - System Optimization: Analyze systems to enhance performance, collaborate with users to improve procedures, and coordinate emergency responses for critical system failures. - Collaboration: Work closely with developers to gather program requirements, review logic, propose UI/UX enhancements, and oversee program testing before implementation. - Reporting: Provide regular project status updates to executives, advise on potential program changes, and communicate with vendors regarding software integration issues. - Resource Management: Manage IT resource scheduling based on operational needs, ensure effective hardware inventory management, and prioritize downtime for updates and maintenance. What You Bring: - Strong technical expertise in terminal operating systems and related technologies. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting. - Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively across departments. - Previous experience in program testing, system optimization, and vendor management. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
