Alignment with Business Goals:
The VP, Sales works closely with other Sr. Sales Associates to align sales efforts with the overall business goals and objectives. Build and maintain relationships with customers. Coordinate and communicate with the Account Director weekly to generate new business with existing clients. Coordinate with the proposal team for RFP opportunities to ensure timely and targeted responses. Implement Ampcus’ sales strategy, actively prospect, and perform lead generation within assigned territory and/or accounts. Conduct market research using all common mechanisms. Develop strong client relationships and understand client culture, processes, and hierarchy. Communicate effectively through written correspondence with existing and new clients. Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews face-to-face or via teleconference. Engage in networking and outreach events to generate new sales. Manage trade show registration, exhibits, and related duties to market services. Track sales activities through established reporting mechanisms. Interface with management to communicate results, opportunities, and updates. Develop a solid understanding of Ampcus’ service offerings to communicate value propositions. Support the interview process for potential candidates remotely or on-site. Perform other duties as directed to foster client growth and satisfaction. Act with honesty and integrity. Adhere to company policies and procedures. Travel This position may require more than 50% travel, frequently within and outside the main office location.
