We are seeking a highly skilled
Sagitec Developer
to join our team on a 12-month contract. In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain software solutions within our clients' Sagitec Neospin platform. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and ensure efficient system performance and usability. This is a remote position that requires working during Pacific Standard Time (PST) business hours. Key Responsibilities
Develop and customize solutions within the Sagitec Neospin platform to meet client-specific needs. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Design, develop, test, and deploy Sagitec Neospin configurations, enhancements, and integrations. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Sagitec Neospin functionality, data integrity, and performance. Maintain and support existing configurations, including troubleshooting and bug fixes. Implement best practices for Sagitec Neospin development, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security. Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development processes and standards. Stay updated on Sagitec Neospin platform updates, patches, and new features, assessing their impact on current implementations. Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders. Document technical designs, configurations, and development processes. Assist with Sagitec Neospin system upgrades. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Sagitec Neospin development. Experience with Sagitec Neospin v6.0 or above required. Strong understanding of Sagitec Neospin Pension management systems, including architecture, data models, and configuration tools. Proficiency in: C#, .Net, MVC, MVVM, Microsoft Workflow SQL Server, SSIS, and SSRS (specific to Sagitec) JavaScript, HTML, XML, JSON, jQuery
Strong experience with database development, SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers. Experience in Pension domains (Provident Fund, Retirement, Unemployment, etc.) and knowledge of related processes and regulations. Familiarity with building/testing REST web services. Ability to design and create Power BI reports and dashboards. Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and debugging skills. High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and integrity in all system configurations and data management. Strong communication skills, able to collaborate with stakeholders, and translate technical concepts clearly. Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and project requirements.
