This role offers flexible scheduling and a diverse case mix in a collaborative Care Team Model with 25 CRNAs and 19 MDs . Case Types: General, Ortho, GI-Endo, Eyes, Healthy Peds, Urology, Robotics, OB/GYN, Bariatrics, Vascular Cardiac Ablations, Interventional Radiology, Neuro-Interventional Radiology, Neuro, Bronchoscopy No trauma or cardiac cases Volume: Avg Monthly Cases: 1,800 Avg Monthly OB Deliveries: 325 Scheduling & Call Shifts: Open to 8s, 10s, 12s, 14s, 16s, and 24-hour shifts Call Shifts: Weekday Beeper Call: 3:30 PM 7:00 AM Weekend Call: 24-hour (7:00 AM 7:00 AM) Preferred: At least one call shift per month Requirements Experience: Minimum 2+ years as a CRNA ( No recent graduates ) Licensure: Active Florida License required Certifications: ACLS, Board Certified Malpractice History: No prior malpractice or background issues Location Restrictions: No candidates who have worked for Envision within the past 12 months and live within 75 miles of the site No candidates who have worked at this site or an affiliated site in the past 24 months New candidates who have never worked for Envision must live outside the 75-mile radius Interview Process A call or Zoom interview with the Site Medical Director (SMD)/Clinical Leadership is required.
