Customer Service Representative

Overview

We are looking for a people‑oriented, responsive recruiter who enjoys working with customers and helping them solve problems. The ideal candidate is outgoing, eager to learn, and can build lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the initial contact with current and prospective customers through email, telephone, in‑person, and on‑site visits.
  • Build long‑lasting relationships by turning prospects into customers and then into long‑term clients.
  • Prepare estimates, implement work orders, and ensure timely delivery of finished orders.
  • Participate in daily team meetings, execute business and marketing plans, and support the success of the FASTSIGNS Center.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, use strong listening skills, and manage organization and setup.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and resolve customer issues.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn about signage products and processes.
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus.

Compensation

Base pay range: $16.00/hr – $18.00/hr (actual pay based on skills and experience).
