THIS IS AN ON-SITE POSITION!

In this position, you will be the first point of contact for clientele arriving at the facility. In this position, you will perform assigned tasks related to providing services for corporate aircraft and passenger charters, and other general aviation aircraft.

Aviation is a 24/7 industry, so we need our team members to be flexible to work various shifts including nights, weekends, holidays and additional hours beyond the regular shift as needed to support customer or operational requirements. Job Responsibilities Welcomes and assists all clients, visitors, vendors and staff. Provides clients with professional service and assistance. Makes hotel reservations for inbound and outbound aircraft. Processes client purchases and fuel transactions. Work closely with line service personnel and pilots, ensuring all client service needs are met. Tracks arrival aircraft and assures prompt line service. Answers phone calls/emails regarding aircraft arrivals/departures & scheduling reservations. Inputting customer information into our FBO database. Assisting with any other arrangements the customers may need i.e., transportation, lodging, catering. Required Skills

and Qualifications

High school diploma or GED certificate. At least 18 years of age. A valid state driver's license. Client service/hospitality experience. Ability to work independently and within a team. Confidentiality, multi-tasking skills, and attention to detail are a must, as well as good planning and organizational skills. Ability to perform light to medium lifting as necessary. Proficient in computer operations (internet, email, Microsoft Office) Position requires a professional image as well as excellent phone and communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to create and sustain strong working relationships across the organization. Must be dependable to work a consistent work schedule, adapt easily to changes in the work environment, and have a strong work ethic. May be required to work overtime, nights, and weekends to support customer or operational requirements.
