What You’ll Be Doing
As our
Community Sales Director , you’ll be the face of our community—building trust, forming lasting relationships, and helping families make one of the most important decisions of their lives. You’ll lead with compassion and close with confidence, all while working alongside a dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities
Generate, nurture, and close qualified leads with a high conversion rate Drive occupancy through proactive sales efforts and community engagement Deliver exceptional customer service to prospective residents and families Collaborate with leadership and staff to ensure seamless tours and move-ins Inspire and guide your team with energy, professionalism, and heart
What You Bring
Minimum 4 years of successful sales experience, ideally in senior living or similar high-touch industries Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals Leadership experience with a track record of results Outstanding communication, follow-up, and organizational skills A self-starter mindset with a team-first attitude
