What is Required (Qualifications): - Must have 5+ years of full-stack Java development experience, with an emphasis on React - Related Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience - Strong leadership and communication skills - Proficiency in multiple object-oriented programming languages, including React.js, Node.js, JavaScript, and HTML - Experience with unit testing, coding design, and change management procedures
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience in various domains such as healthcare or financial services - Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies - Experience with mobile design and web accessibility guidelines - Knowledge of modern web/UI development tools and techniques - Experience with deployments using Jenkins
