For this role, we are open to remote work and can hire anywhere in the Philippines About the opportunity The Business Systems Analyst - Salesforce (Service/Experience Cloud) shall be responsible for delivering projects and platform changes, acting as business & technology subject matter expert and providing guidance and support. The role of Business Systems Analyst will reside in Manila, Philippines. This role will report directly to the IT Manager for the Asia Pacific region working North America hours in eastern time. What you’ll get to do Prepare, Design, Build, Test and Deliver Salesforce projects and enhancements Provide timely support to Salesforce support team Maintain Salesforce knowledge base and communicate changes to appropriate stakeholders (Support team, business etc.) Provide consulting and support best practices around the utilization of Salesforce platform Manage relationships with business teams including managing & leading projects Assess risks and impacts on existing systems as new functions are added Identify potential technical problems or design flaws so that preventive action can be taken Support user acceptance testing processes to ensure that requirements are fully satisfied Create and deliver application demos to various internal/external stakeholders with varying levels of product knowledge Skills and experience we value A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or equivalent with experience working in Service Cloud and Experience Cloud Good experience and expertise in Salesforce configuration, automation especially Flows.
