Responsibilities Provide daily technical support for hardware, software, and applications, including troubleshooting and issue resolution. Install, configure, and maintain IT devices such as computers, printers, and mobile devices. Manage employee user accounts, permissions, and access controls to ensure security. Oversee software installation, updates, and compliance. Monitor network security and stability, implementing protective measures. Set up email security measures and educate staff on safe practices. Perform data backups and recovery procedures to ensure business continuity. Ensure compliance with security standards and provide security training. Assist with IT projects, system upgrades, and technology deployments. Document support activities, device status, and security incidents, and analyze for improvements. Minimum Requirements Bachelors degree in information technology or computer science. Proven experience as a technical support engineer. Knowledge of web services, APIs, and IP protocols. Industry knowledge or experience with AI. Understanding of hardware and networking systems. Good time management and interpersonal skills. Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware/software issues. Excellent communication skills.
