Create, review, and adjust project schedules and staffing plans to ensure timely project execution.

Prepare RFPs and bid packages for equipment (generators, switchgear, transformers, BESS containers) and subcontractors.
Evaluate vendor proposals and support negotiations to secure competitive pricing, scope alignment, and delivery schedules.
Perform full buyout of project scopes, ensuring clear contract terms and risk mitigation.
Execution & Construction Oversight
Supervise construction activities via superintendents and field staff, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with design.
Hire and allocate responsibilities to subcontractors and internal teams.
Monitor resource needs (manpower, equipment, materials) and maintain inventory levels.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate project documentation including meeting minutes, daily reports, schedules, and financial trackers.
Provide senior leadership with comprehensive updates on project health, progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
Prepare turnover packages to transition projects from development to execution seamlessly.
Risk & Stakeholder Management
Identify project risks across schedule, permitting, supply chain, and constructability, and develop mitigation strategies.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with development, finance, legal, engineering, and external parties (utilities, OEMs, contractors).
Qualifications
Required: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred). 15+ years of experience in construction project management within energy, infrastructure, or industrial sectors. Experience managing complex multi‑trade construction projects with significant electrical and/or mechanical scopes. Proficiency in pre‑construction activities, including estimating, procurement strategy, permitting, and contract management. Demonstrated success in full‑cycle project delivery, from planning through execution and close‑out. In‑depth understanding of project controls, scheduling (Primavera, MS Project), and budgeting principles.
Preferred: Direct experience with gas generation (reciprocating engines, turbines), solar, BESS, or Data Center projects. PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials. Familiarity with EPC and subcontractor contracts, including scope definition and commercial negotiation. Experience working with Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar project management software.
Key Skills & Competencies: Strong organizational, time management, and problem‑solving abilities. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
