We are currently looking for a compassionate, organized, and team‑oriented Home Health Speech Therapist (ST) based in San Francisco. In this essential role, you will collaborate closely with our interdisciplinary team, including nurses, therapists, and administrative staff, to provide individualized care and ensure high‑quality patient outcomes. Responsibilities
Provide speech therapy services within the scope of practice, following individualized plans of care.
Deliver treatment, evaluate patient response, and report changes to the Physician, Case Manager, and/or Director of Nursing.
Maintain appropriate clinical records and submit documentation according to company policy.
Follow all company policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Current California Speech Therapist (ST) License.
Minimum 1 year of home health experience preferred.
Valid California Driver’s License.
Caring, compassionate personality with strong communication skills.
Job Type Full‑Time (Per Diem). Paid $60–$75/hour DOE + $10,000 sign‑on bonus. This is NOT a contract position.
