IVIRMA North America network of state‑of‑the‑art fertility practices in the United States is currently seeking a full‑time
Operations Project Manager
to help with our continued growth in the West Region. Mondays – Fridays, 9 am–5 pm PST.
Job Purpose The Operations Project Manager works closely with leadership to provide design consultation for current and new locations across the IVIRMA Network. This position prepares designs, edits specifications, and prepares conceptual estimates for interior work, repair, and/or renovation with the Executive Director of Business Operations. The role evaluates and ensures effective utilization of space and interior resources including design concepts, space planning, commercial furniture and finish specifications.
Essential Functions And Accountabilities
Define and document project scope, objectives and desired outcome
Set and manage stakeholder expectations, both internally and externally
Estimate resource requirements, acquire them effectively and manage efficiently
Prepare a budget based on project scope and ensure adherence to budget
Hire the right team, internally or externally, and provide training and coaching as needed
Design a work plan for each team member depending upon project requirement and member expertise
Create and manage contracts with suppliers and vendors, ensuring timely deliveries
Perform regular assessment of project execution to identify areas for improvement
Track project performance periodically to ensure short‑term and long‑term goals are met
Ensure project delivery is on time, as per scope and within the allocated budget
Manage interdepartmental coordination to ensure smooth project execution
Negotiate agreements and manage relationships with vendors
Proactively manage relationships & agreements with external partners, vendors and suppliers
Regular travel to locations to manage projects and support operational efficiency
Academic Training
College degree – preferred with an art or design background
Position Requirements/Experience
3–5 years’ experience in design or construction management
Technical Skills
Ability to access, input, and retrieve information from a computer
Knowledge of medical software programs, payroll systems, and Excel – preferred
Knowledge of office procedure and office machines (computer, fax, copier, etc.)
