Job Description:
This UF Regional Physician and CRNA-based practice located in Daytona Beach is a collaborative community practice that covers a level 2 trauma center, a surgery center, and a smaller non‑overnight call hospital. The group seeks well‑qualified new CRNAs and experienced graduates for a multi‑specialty focused unit. Each CRNA provides supervised anesthesia for a wide scope of procedures including neurosurgery, interventional stroke care, orthopedics, vascular, urology, colorectal, ophthalmology, general surgery (including bariatric surgery), routine outpatient pediatrics (over two years), gynecology, and low‑to‑moderate volume obstetrics supported by a Level 3 NICU. Cardiac anesthesia is provided by a small group of CV‑trained anesthesiologists, with additional support from CRNAs possessing strong clinical skills.
Schedule & Call Coverage:
CRNAs may self‑schedule 80% of their time. Weekend backup call is split evenly between W‑2 CRNAs, averaging about 3 weekend calls (Saturday and Sunday) per year, with additional coverage during high‑volume trauma weeks (Bikefest and Octoberfest).
Compensation & Benefits:
Sign‑on bonus available for a two‑year commitment. The position offers an exceptional benefits package including sovereign immunity in a state with no malpractice cap; gold‑plated health care; a 457 plan and a voluntary 403(b) investment plan; an employer‑sponsored pension plan; approximately 8.75 weeks of vacation and holidays annually; 8 weeks of paid family leave at hire; 5 CME days; and PSLF eligibility. Each team member accrues 8.75 weeks of vacation and holidays each year.

Minimum Requirements
Master's degree from a nurse anesthesia educational program accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia
Dual RN/ARNP license; certified in Basic Cardiac Life Support
Candidate currently working toward a Master's or Doctorate in nurse anesthesia from a COA‑accredited program, holding Dual RN/ARNP license, and certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Pediatric Advanced Life Support, with completion before start date
Preferred Qualifications
Dual RN/ARNP license in the state of Florida
