The Branch Manager is accountable for the operational success of FNBO branch locations. Responsibilities include coaching and oversight of all branch staff, coordination of community development activities, budget planning, and change management related to the assigned branch.

What will you be doing?
Overall success of the assigned branch location, ensuring staff provide a high‑quality customer experience.
Coaching staff on advice, guidance, and performance to meet branch goals. \ Managing controllable expense items and staffing efficiency to budget.
Directing branch operations to meet or exceed compliance and operational objectives.
Coordinating business and community development activities.
Driving company and business unit goals, working with the team to meet budgeted targets.
Advice & Guidance
Demonstrate one‑on‑one skills to help customers build wealth.
Ensure staff uses needs‑based selling techniques aligned with FNIP partners.
Reinforce clear product explanations consistent with terms and conditions.
Weekly Huddles
Run weekly 30‑minute partner huddles effectively.
Recognize and engage team through celebrations.
Maintain branch scorecard for leading and lagging metrics.
Exhibit effective leadership and change management.
Floor Management Observations
Observe employees and coach on IMPAX customer conversation model.
Ensure all employees deliver on intended Customer Experience.
Maintain a floor presence to greet customers and reduce wait times.
Perform banker and teller duties as needed.
Salesforce Proficiency in Coaching
Hold team accountable for timely and effective customer outreach calls via Salesforce.
Utilize training plans for career development coaching.
Customer Satisfaction
Monitor In‑Moment survey results and address issues.
Coach toward a 90% customer satisfaction score.
Hiring Practices & Performance Accountability
Use Banker and Teller Attributes for coaching and hiring.
Deliver sales accountability to meet team goals.
Conduct regular one‑on‑one employee conversations.
Apply performance plans for individuals not meeting expectations.
Operational Excellence
Manage expense items to budget and minimize fee waivers.
Manage staffing efficiency aligned with future‑state FTE/Salary targets.
Ensure DocuSign adoption targets are met.
Minimize fraud, charge‑offs, and teller losses.
Compliance
Adhere to account opening and transaction processing procedures.
Coach team on digital signature requirements.
Monitor workflows and address issues within set timelines.
Maintain branch cash and negotiable item standards.
Ensure team meets compliance requirements and incentive plan rules.
Achieve passing scores for On‑Site and Off‑Site assessments.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Demonstrated leadership ability and management skills
Previous working experience in a retail sales environment
Oral and written communication skills
Desire to meet the financial needs of customers and community
Ability to problem‑solve

Previous Retail Banking Experience
Knowledge of bank products and services and branch functions
Compensation Base pay range: $64,095.00 – $108,961.00. Final offer may vary based on experience, education, and skill level.
Registration Requirement This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS). Qualification requirements include meeting applicable financial responsibility, character, credit fitness, and criminal background standards. Successful candidates must meet ongoing regulatory requirements, including acceptable background investigation and credit report results.
