Base pay range
$150,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr We are looking for a skilled Data and Business leader to design and build enterprise-grade solutions that address complex technical and business challenges. This role requires a strategic thinker with practical experience in data architecture, BI development, and automation, combined with strong business insight. You will lead efforts to reduce inefficiencies, automate manual tasks, and model data to provide actionable insights across various industries. Responsibilities Architect and implement solutions for enterprise clients, including data modeling, ETL frameworks, and data warehousing. Design and optimize data architectures for transactional systems, analytics platforms, and reporting solutions. Develop and maintain data visualization dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Qlik. Lead system migrations, integrations, and modernization projects leveraging cloud technologies. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define functional designs, and deliver strategic solutions. Drive data governance, quality management, and process automation initiatives to improve efficiency and compliance. Mentor technical teams by reviewing work, helping with decision making, suggesting alternatives, peer coding, frequent check?ups and helping team understand dependencies and meet deadlines. Manage change across complex environments. Provide thought leadership in data strategy, including participation in technical communities and industry events. Translate client business objectives into AI and data solutions considering technical and business constraints. Partner with functional staff to translate technical concepts and deliverables into terms that can be understood. Support the translation of business requirements into technical deliverables that are scoped and estimated in terms of hours and duration. Communicate technical delivery updates to functional team and help mitigate blockers and dependencies in support of meeting timelines. Provide architecture artifacts that serve as a proactive and strategic approach to the clients technical landscape, moving beyond task execution to shaping long?term vision and innovation. Advise on AI?ready data architectures (knowledge graphs, RAG, vector embeddings, semantic models). Play an active role in the technical community (user groups, conferences, blogging, white papers).
Preferred Technical Skills
Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP) Data Science languages (R, Python, or Scala) Experience with non/semi?structured data Data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik) Database Management Systems (SQL Server or Oracle) Data Integration tools (SSIS, Informatica, Talend) Object?Oriented Programming (C#, Java) Database Design & Data Modeling (transactional, DW, data mart) T?SQL/SQL and Microsoft BI Tools (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS/MDX) Data Analysis and Enterprise Data Strategies Familiarity with cloud data engineering technologies (Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake, AWS SageMaker).
Desired Experience
10+ years of database and SQL Server experience. 5+ years leading technical teams and delivering AI/data solutions. Consulting/professional services delivery and sales experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients and internal teams.
Education & Certifications
Bachelors degree in MIS, Computer Science, or related field preferred. Relevant AI, data, and cloud certifications considered a strong advantage.
