Responsibilities The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining guest services and supporting the Store Manager in all tasks involved in the overall operation of a store. Duties include ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications Minimum age: 18 years. Prior retail and/or management experience is required. Physical demands of the job include more than 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
