Salary: $90,000.00–$110,000.00
Responsibilities
Direct the daily operations of a restaurant.
Ensure compliance with company standards in all areas of operation, including product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting and retention of team members, and financial accountability.
Ensure that the highest quality products and services are delivered to each customer.
Perform other duties as required or assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum of six months Popeyes managerial experience or one year of General Manager experience with another concept, or be recommended by current Area Manager.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Ability to calculate and analyze data.
Display effective leadership skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels.
Ability to interpret Profit and Loss Statements.
Computer literate.
