Join NVIDIA as a Post‑Silicon Hardware Engineer and help define the future of computing.

We are looking for an experienced engineer to validate and optimize system‑level features that power notebooks, desktops, embedded platforms, automotive solutions, and professional products. Your work will directly shape next‑generation silicon quality, performance, and reliability.

What You'll Be Doing

Develop and validate features – prototype and validate system‑level features on existing and new silicon, analyze return on investment, and drive feature bring‑up plans.

Debug leadership – lead hardware‑side debug efforts to root cause feature bugs, silicon defects, and complex HW/SW interactions.

Creative problem solving – design workarounds and solutions through lab experimentation, applying advanced debug tools to meet aggressive schedules.

Cross‑functional impact – partner with architects, chip/board designers, firmware/software engineers, and QA to drive design, debug, and release of next‑gen products.

Production support – collaborate with manufacturing and customer teams to resolve feature‑related production issues.

What We Need to See

BS/MS in Electrical or Computer Engineering (or equivalent experience).

6+ years in system‑level post‑silicon bring‑up and debug.

Strong EE fundamentals: digital design, computer architecture, power/timing/fault analysis, statistics, and scripting.

Deep understanding of firmware/driver interaction with hardware.

Knowledge of PVT dependencies and binning methodologies.

Experience in performance and power management (DVFS, gating, sequencing, throttling).

Hands‑on validation skills with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and lab debugging.

Established proficiency in operating within collaborative, multi‑functional environments.

Ways to Stand Out from the Crowd

Direct bring‑up experience with GPU/SoC architecture.

Proven success as a Silicon Bring‑Up Lead.

Track record of improving validation processes/methodologies.

Strong results in highly matrixed organizations.
