Job Summary LensCrafters, part of EssilorLuxottica, provides a vision‑centric workplace that blends state‑of‑the‑art technology with personalized eye care. As an Associate Optometrist, you will deliver high‑quality optometric care, drive key performance indicators, and represent the brand to patients and partners.

Responsibilities

Ensure executional excellence and winning results in partnership with MOD and store team.

Demonstrate commitment to exceed results through KPI management.

Maintain the Brand as the leading optical provider in the community.

Operate as a stakeholder to all leaders within the organization and local market.

Place patients and customers first and deliver excellent service.

Strive to exceed expectations on all KPIs.

Provide unsurpassed patient service by ensuring staff follows Service Process steps:

Address all visual lifestyle needs

Make eyewear recommendations

Explain each step of the eye exam and listen carefully

Use tools and visual aids to ensure understanding of vision, eye health and well‑being

Communicate need for annual eye exams and schedule follow‑up appointments

Conduct all services in accordance with protocol and standards of care

Ensure accurate diagnosis and appropriate recommendations.

Establish a positive doctor‑patient relationship.

Utilize technology to deliver superior patient/customer experiences.

Maintain office systems and state licensure in good standing, including continuing education.

Provide training, guidance, constructive feedback to team members.

Create a positive culture aligned with corporate values and motivate staff.

Encourage associate decision‑making at the most appropriate level.

Maximize partnerships through leadership and involvement.

Maintain the appearance of the office and ensure a safe work environment.

Lead by example.

Basic Qualifications

Doctor of Optometry degree.

Commitment to quality patient care.

Knowledge of current optometric theory and technology.

Strong communicator and listener.

Problem‑solving ability.

Solid organization skills.
