Vice President of Data
to join our leadership team. This person will play a critical role in helping our enterprise clients redefine architecture and governance, drive large-scale data modernization efforts, and build high‑performing engineering cultures.
What You’ll Do
Lead data transformation initiatives across multiple enterprise clients, focusing on improving governance and modernizing architecture.
Partner with executive stakeholders to uncover inefficiencies and identify opportunities within their Data Architecture.
Define and implement best practices in data architecture, data governance, and organizational design.
Build and mentor cross‑functional engineering teams while fostering a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement.
Serve as a trusted advisor to CIOs, CTOs, and Heads of Engineering, helping them align engineering strategy with business outcomes.
Collaborate with FHM’s leadership to shape our technical consulting offerings and go‑to‑market strategy.
What We’re Looking For
10+ years of progressive leadership in Data Engineering, Data Architecture, Analytics, or Enterprise Data Management, including prior experience as a
Director or VP of Data
within complex, enterprise‑scale environments.
Demonstrated success leading
data modernization or digital transformation
initiatives across cloud, platform, or enterprise data ecosystems.
Deep expertise in
data governance, modern data architecture, Agile/DevOps , and contemporary SDLC practices.
Experience driving measurable improvements in data quality, platform performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.
Strong executive communication and stakeholder influence skills, with the ability to align data strategy to enterprise objectives.
A passion for developing people, scaling high‑performing data organizations, and fostering a world‑class data and AI culture.
