We're looking for a General Manager for a food-led community pub in Gloucester. Salary up to £42,000 plus bonus and a generous benefits package. We are seeking a passionate General Manager to lead the team at the Haywain, Gloucester, and drive success! Known for weekly quizzes, bingo, and family events, it attracts a diverse demographic including locals, families, students, and workers. Located in Quedgeley, Gloucester, the pub benefits from high footfall due to its proximity to retail parks, residential areas, schools, and community centers. Currently, it delivers weekly sales of approximately £20,000, with a 70/30 split favoring food. There is also a 3-bedroom accommodation available for the General Manager.
