Own critical pieces of
customer-facing UI
that are deeply integrated with intelligent backend systems Help define and build a
modern design system
from the ground up—no legacy baggage Build inclusive, accessible experiences for real enterprise users around the world Work with a
tight, high-performing team
of engineers, designers, and product thinkers Have massive influence on
product direction, technical decisions, and design culture Responsibilities:
Design and own our frontend Design System
using React, Tailwind, Storybook, and modern UI patterns Deliver a
high-performance, responsive UI
optimized for speed and enterprise-grade workflows Partner with Product Design to translate high-fidelity mockups into scalable components Lead
UI observability and structured error handling
to improve reliability and debuggability in production Mentor junior frontend engineers and help shape our UI/UX culture Collaborate with backend, AI/ML, and product teams to ship intelligent UI workflows Optimize for frontend performance: lazy loading, bundle splitting and visual stability Contribute to tooling and process: Storybook, CI, testing, performance budgets Requirements:
5+ years experience building
component-based UIs
with
React and TypeScript Deep knowledge of
design systems
,
component architecture
, and
theming/tokenization Experience building
accessible, inclusive UIs
with WCAG 2.1 AA in mind Familiarity with
i18n frameworks
like react-i18next, formatjs, or similar Fluency in modern CSS approaches (Tailwind, CSS Modules, etc.) Experience with testing frameworks like

or
